- Pre-order registrations: your email address, and optionally your name, the pack you're interested in and a quantity.
- Contact form messages: your name, email address, topic and message.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes standard server data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts on this website.
How we use it
- To notify you about the SunCubes launch, pre-order availability and pricing, if you asked us to.
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on our behalf. When online sales open, purchases will be processed by Shopify on Shopify's secure checkout, under Shopify's own privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment card details.
Retention
We keep pre-order registrations until launch communications are complete or until you unsubscribe, and contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to us. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing info@suncubes.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.
